These Purchase Rules set out the terms of sale between you (the “Buyer”) and Hate Hard (the “Seller”) when you order through this online store. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and agree to these rules. The rules are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
1. The contract
A purchase contract is concluded once the Buyer has formed a shopping cart, provided a delivery address, selected a payment method, reviewed these rules, and confirmed the order by clicking “Place order”.
2. Prices & payment
All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT. Payment must be completed within 3 calendar days of order confirmation. If payment is not received within this period, the order is cancelled.
3. Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect Buyer details or by circumstances beyond the Seller’s control. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
4. Buyer’s responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete order and delivery information.
- Inspect the parcel on delivery and, if the packaging is damaged or the order is incorrect, document it with photos and notify us immediately at hello@hatehard.eu.
5. Returns & withdrawal
You may return or exchange goods under the terms of our Returns & Exchange Policy, in line with EU and Lithuanian consumer law.
6. Personal data
We process your personal data only to fulfil your order, unless you have given separate consent for marketing. Data is not shared with third parties except as needed to deliver your order or as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Governing law & disputes
These rules are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. We aim to resolve any dispute by negotiation; write to hello@hatehard.eu. If a solution is not reached, the dispute may be referred to the competent courts of Lithuania. EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
