LITHUANIAN SNOWBOARDING COMMUNITY

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Hate Hard (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit our online store or buy from us. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Hate Hard, with its showroom at S. Nėries 21, Vilnius, Lithuania. For any privacy questions or requests, contact us at hello@hatehard.eu.

2. What data we collect

  • Order & contact data: name, surname, email, phone number, delivery and billing address.
  • Order data: products purchased, order value, payment status and history.
  • Payment data: processed securely by our payment service providers — we do not store your full card details.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, and cookie data when you use the site.

3. Why we use your data and on what legal basis

  • To process and deliver your orders and provide customer support — performance of a contract.
  • To meet accounting and tax obligations — legal obligation.
  • To send marketing or newsletters — only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • To keep the site secure and improve it — our legitimate interest.

4. Sharing your data

We share data only as needed to run the store: with delivery/courier companies, payment service providers, and IT/hosting providers acting as our processors. We do not sell your data. Data may be disclosed to public authorities where required by law.

5. How long we keep it

Order and accounting data are kept for the period required by Lithuanian law (generally up to 10 years for accounting documents). Marketing consent data is kept until you withdraw consent. Other data is kept no longer than necessary for the purpose it was collected.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@hatehard.eu. If you believe your data is processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of the Republic of Lithuania (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija, vdai.lrv.lt).

7. Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the store to work (e.g. your shopping cart and session), as well as optional analytics cookies. You can manage or disable cookies in your browser settings; disabling necessary cookies may affect how the store functions.
