We want you to be happy with your gear. If something isn’t right, you can return or exchange it under the terms below, which follow the consumer-protection laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union.
Return period
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase and return or exchange your item within 14 calendar days within Lithuania, or 30 calendar days for the EU and other countries, counted from the day you received the goods.
Conditions
To be accepted, the item must be:
- in its original, undamaged packaging;
- unused and with no loss of commercial appearance (labels intact, protective film not torn, etc.);
- in the same configuration as you received it;
- accompanied by the receipt or VAT invoice and a completed change/return form.
How to return
Email us first at hello@hatehard.eu and we will send you the change/return form. Then send the item by registered mail, or deliver it in person, to:

Refunds
- The customer pays the return or exchange shipping costs.
- We refund the price of the product; the original delivery fee is not refunded.
- Discounted items are refunded at the discounted price actually paid.
- For purchases made with a gift voucher, the voucher and any additional payment are refunded. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the order once we have received and checked the returned item.
When we cannot accept a return
We have the right to refuse items that are used, missing labels or damaged, returned after the return period, or made to a custom order.
